We assess the entirety of your indoor air quality, utilizing particle counters, thermal imaging, borescopes, moisture mapping, gas meters, EMF detectors and other proven tools/technology.

Meet Coltin Cunningham, our Lead Inspector and K9 Handler, and JoJo, our Lead Mold Detection Dog. Together, they bring a unique combination of unmatched mold detection skills and deep environmental knowledge—all dedicated to giving you confidence and peace of mind on your mold journey.

For Coltin, this work is deeply personal. He approaches every home as if his own family lives there, treating each inspection with care, respect, and empathy. His compassion ensures that clients aren’t just getting a service—they’re getting someone who truly understands the stress and worry that mold can cause.

In addition to his work with JoJo, Coltin draws on over 15 years of experience running major Midwest contracting firms, spanning HVAC, plumbing, roofing, and construction. This practical background allows him to provide real-world insights that go beyond detection, helping clients understand what’s happening in their home and guiding them toward effective solutions.

With thousands of hours of combined training, study, and field experience, Coltin and JoJo offer a level of expertise and precision few can match, making them a trusted team for families seeking a safe, healthy home.

ACCURACY & PRECISION

Rather than relying on tests that only suggest mold might be present, our trained K9s can confirm whether mold is actually there and pinpoint exactly where it’s hiding. Using one of the most advanced biological detection tools on earth, a dog’s nose can detect mold-related VOCs at extremely low levels—even when mold is hidden, sealed behind materials, or not actively releasing spores. Our dogs are held to strict certification standards, maintaining at least 90% accuracy to ensure reliable, real-world performance.
